We’ve taken the guess work out of weekend dinner parties by putting some thought into a three course menu that is bound to impress, while matching perfectly to our Church Road McDonald Series Pinot Gris 2016. Here is a little taste of what could be featured on your at-home dinner menu while entertaining this weekend.
Entrée: Teriyaki salmon, miso cream, edamame beans and seaweed salad
Main: Crispy pork belly, pomegranate dressing, confit fennel, green olive salsa and merlot poached cranberries
Dessert: Gingerbread, gingernut ice-cream, flamed Italian meringue
