The Church Road McDonald Series Merlot was crafted from predominantly hand-harvested fruit grown on warm, low-vigour gravel soils. It was fermented in a combination of French oak Cuves and 70-year-old concrete fermenters, before draining and pressing to barrel for 21 months extended maturation.
